  Photo file must meet the
  following requirements: 
 

  • File type: JPG/JPEG or PNG. 

  • Maximum file size: 150KB
    (but used to be 100KB)

  • Maximum dimensions:
    2.5in     × 3.5in. 

  • Maximum resolution: 150 DPI. 

What do I wear?

In general, it's best to wear formal attire, as it looks very professional. Solid colors without patterns and dark colored contrasting outfits (blue, gray, black) look best on camera. Please make sure your outfit is ironed. Avoid wearing light gray/white/ivory color blazers, as those look like a white coat and aren't recommended for ERAS applications.

Women: Minimal jewelry and natural-looking makeup is best for ERAS photos.

Men: Wearing a tie is essential.
Please bring your chapstick.

Our Policies

OUR POLICIES

Weather

Weather is something none of us can control. In the event of inclement weather conditions we reserve the right to reschedule a session. We are also happy to reschedule at a client's request.

If rescheduling is not possible, the full fee of the deposit

will be refunded.

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required in order to reserve your date and time. The deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the photo session; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

The remaining balance is due after the session, on location.

Delivery of photographs

If your session takes place before 4pm, you will receive your digital images the same day. Otherwise, the photos will be sent the next business day. More details about the total number of photos provided, rights, retouching, etc. are outlined in the descriptions for each package (see "What's included" section).
